Abstract: - Evidence from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change Report (IPCC, 2014) is now c overwhelmingly convincing that climate change is real, that it will become worse, and that shared resources and most vulnerable livestock production will be the mostly affected. The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) (2009) acknowledges climate change as one of the factors affecting shared resources and livestock production that needs to be addressed. Climate change is a global phenomenon, its negative impacts are more severely felt by livestock in developing countries who rely heavily on the natural resource base for their survival (Guterres, 2018). Rural communities in Kaduna State rely greatly for then- survival on agriculture and livestock keeping that depend mostly on shared resources for then- production and is the most climate-sensitive economic sectors
