Abstract: | Afghanistan has been in conflict with itself and the outside world for more than forty years and various reasons. As things stand with the return of the Taliban to power in the country, it looks like Afghanistan will enter another phase of “more-of-the-same”. There will be more violence, deaths, poverty, and human rights abuses. |
