Abstract:
Meningiomas typically present with gradual onset of symptoms but on rare occasions may present
mimicking an ischemic stroke. The case of a 46‑year‑old homemaker with a right frontal region
focal meningioma mimicking an ischemic stroke is presented here. A review of the literature was
carried out, and the important role of radiological evaluation in resolving the diagnostic puzzle and
various treatment options are also discussed.
