The concentrations of twenty elements in ten cereals types commonly consumed in Nigeria were determined using Neutron Activation Analysis (NAA). The elements are Al, As, Ba, Br, Ca, Cl, Co, Fe, K, La, Mg, Mn, Na, Rb, Sc, ...
